Pierre Bataille's Bayeux Tapestry has received

Pierre Boulanger " An exceptional exhibition of French art." Sandefjords Blad. Norway. " We salute the courage of this French sculptor about to create one of the greatest sculptures in the world." Bergens Arbeiderblad. Norway " In the context of the Georges Matthieu exhibition, after that of Salvador Dali, what a discovery at the Chateau de Vascoeuil- this wonderful fresco, drawing its roots from a thousand years of art and making this "tapestry" number TWO, a second work of art." Midday TV news, TF1 " An example of completely unusual wood sculpture." Children's TV "Blue Peter" BBC " A truly amazing fresco from this great Norman sculptor, plunging into his roots to draw out such a contemporary work." Sunday Times, Liz Clasen
Many newspapers, scattered around the United States, have written about this master wood-carver. Here, we see the shadow of Pierre Bataille in front of his "Civil War Between the States" sculpture on the front page of this newspaper. He is greatly admired and loved in the Plymouth Community and has a close relationship with the Plymouth Historical Museum. Many people in the Plymouth Community have commissioned him to do heirloom pieces for them.
